This system is designed to meet the growing demand for higher quality assurance and flexible packaging in the PET preform industry. It performs a comprehensive offline inspection of every single preform, followed by a secondary packaging process that adapts to diverse customer order requirements. Depending on the specific needs of each order, qualified preforms are directed either to a dual-head case packer for loading into large steel cages, or to an automatic carton packing system for placement into custom-sized small cartons.

With this upgrade, we have successfully achieved a fully integrated, end-to-end automated operation that covers the entire post-molding process — from primary quality inspection and re-screening, all the way through to secondary packaging and final dispatch.
